After the renovation

Location : Plaza San Martin, Buenos Aires

We totally renovated this 77 square metre three bedroom apartment by removing walls and opening spaces, to create a luxury two bedroom home, designed especially for the New Zealand owner who loves to spend several months each year in Buenos Aires.

We laid new wood floors, designed a completely new open-style kitchen with beige marble counter tops, installed stone tiles in the bathrooms and antique lights throughout - many obtained from antique markets in the city - to create a warm, calm, special retreat in the busy city.
